The role operates within state and federal guidelines, reporting to the Sr. Management Analyst Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, education, or a related field.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills.
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized or group counseling services to targeted groups using standardized techniques.
• Disseminate policies from the state and local agency.
• Provide information and documents for employment-related services.
• Monitor and provide technical assistance to program staff and assist in implementing new programs.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
