Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in project management, strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
• Ability to engage and develop relationships across multiple organizations.
• 5+ years relevant work experience. Experience with review and interpretation of federal and state laws, regulations, and statutes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and retain a team of high-quality staff.
• Provide monthly progress reports and updates to client leadership regarding contract activities, staffing levels, issues, and risks.
• Manage delivery of services, tracking progress and performance of staff and teams.
• Develop and oversee staff training and capacity-building efforts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and contract requirements in day-to-day operations.
