BDO USA is seeking a Director of Operations for the Public Sector in Maryland to oversee pricing, contracts, compliance, and risk across the practice. The role partners with Legal and Compliance and coordinates with shared services to ensure efficient execution of business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Marketing is required.
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in operations, marketing, communications, or program management is required.

Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day operations across the Public Sector practice, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives.
Oversees pricing, contracts, compliance, risk, and related processes; partners with Legal and Compliance as needed.
Drives strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Training, Recruiting, Branding, Events, and Employee Engagement teams.
Develops leadership messaging and presentations for All Hands and other key meetings; manages internal and external communications.
