Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Director of Operations, Public Sector, to oversee marketing, operations, pricing, contracts, compliance, and risk across the practice. This role partners with Legal, Compliance, and shared services to align initiatives and drive efficiency.

You will influence messaging, events, recruiting, and employee engagement while coordinating with national teams to deliver value to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in operations, marketing, communications, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Marketing; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations across the Public Sector practice, aligning processes with leadership objectives.
• Oversees pricing, contracts, and risk, ensuring compliant opportunities and timely responses.
• Interfaces with Legal and Compliance on contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Develops leadership messaging and presentations for key meetings and All Hands.
• Leads internal and external communications to foster engagement across the practice.
• Partners with Marketing, Events, and Branding to ensure consistent messaging.
