Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
At least 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Ability to evacuate residents during emergencies.
Physical ability to move and lift as required by the job.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents.
Facilitate annual ISP meetings and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
Oversee service delivery and staff performance to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure resident safety and compliance with state and agency regulations.
Provide training and supervision to staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
