Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of full-time LAN/WAN experience.
• Two years required in LAN/WAN planning, design, configuration and security management.
• Professional LAN administration certification(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network switches, NAS, and VMware servers.
• Troubleshoot network services, endpoints, and security software; apply patches.
• Manage network user accounts, permissions, and Office 365 accounts.
• Monitor performance and perform tuning.
• Support helpdesk tickets and participate in IT projects.
• Document issues and resolutions for reference guides.
• Manage and support MDM for laptops, phones, and tablets.
• Provide on-site and remote hardware/software support; assist with security systems.
