Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible, professional administrative experience performing analytical functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to work evenings and travel as needed, with valid driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate program activities within the City Manager's Office.
• Review work in progress and upon completion for compliance with policies and directions; evaluate projects and budgets.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, tables, charts, and graphs; provide oversight of contracts and consultants.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff and represent the City Manager's Office on committees.
