• Open Competitive: Associate's degree and five years of related experience in public or business administration.
• Open Competitive: An equivalent combination as defined within the limits of (A) and (B).

Responsibilities

• Develops systems for collection and evaluation of management information data; collects data and disseminates to department heads.
• Evaluates staffing levels by workload; studies methods and organization for improved efficiency.
• Develops systems for reviewing productivity and setting performance standards; assists in design of studies and surveys.
• Confers with department heads about implementing changes in procedures; monitors expenditures and schedules.
• Assists in preparation and monitoring of the annual budget; prepares reports and justifies recommendations; performs related work.
