Qualifications

• Experience in a government or public utility setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional administrative, financial, legislative and management analyses in support of initiatives and programs.
• Assist in formulating policy, procedure and legislative positions; participate in fund development and implementation.
• Prepare reports, position papers, presentations and other written materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet critical deadlines; exercise sound judgment within guidelines.
