Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration or four (4) years of professional level experience.
• Two (2) years of hospital environment experience, specifically Patient Accounting/Accounts Receivable.
• Two (2) years of experience building, creating, and running routine and ad hoc operational reports for departmental management and executive leadership.
• Experience reporting on revenue cycle areas: Hospital Patient Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections, Third-Party Reimbursements, Denials and Appeals Reporting, KPI reporting.
• Two (2) years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized professional level administrative, organizational, systems, budgetary and related analysis for Hospital programs and activities.
• Develops and runs routine and ad hoc operational reports for department management and executive leadership.
