Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years related experience in training operations, program administration, or curriculum development.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Firefighter Certification (Pro Board/IFSAC) or reciprocity eligibility.
• Instructor 2 Certification (Pro Board/IFSAC) or reciprocity eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage training schedules and deliveries.
• Coordinate with host agency points of contact.
• Oversee program fiscal viability and budgeting.
• Supervise Training Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator.
