Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 5+ years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of adult professional development instruction, consulting, facilitation, or conference presentations.
• Formal degree required to ensure advanced knowledge and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Teach a specified number of classes in person, hybrid, or online.
• Evaluate student work and provide timely feedback.
• Provide feedback for students outside of class.
• Facilitate class discussions linking to defined competencies and outcomes.
• Assist with tracking student attendance and engagement.
• Design course content and assessment mechanisms when requested.
• Contribute to analysis of student feedback and program improvement.
• Adhere to departmental, college and university policies.
