Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field with relevant instructional experience.
• Five or more years of work experience related to the content area.
• One year of adult professional development instruction, consulting, facilitation, or conference presentations.

Responsibilities

• Teach a specified number of classes for programs in a chosen content area, in person, hybrid, or online.
• Evaluate student work and provide timely feedback aligned to program objectives.
• Provide additional feedback to students outside class as required by the program leader.
• Lead and facilitate class discussions linking curriculum to defined competencies and outcomes.
• Assist with tracking attendance and engagement across learning environments.
• Design course content and assessments when requested within program/client objectives.
• Contribute to analysis of student feedback and program improvement discussions.
• Adhere to departmental, college and university policies.

Education

Master’s degree in related field

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years experience
