Responsibilities

• Evaluate student work and provide timely feedback aligned with program objectives.
• Provide feedback to students outside class as directed by program leaders.
• Facilitate class discussions linking content to defined competencies and outcomes.
• Track student attendance and engagement.
• Design course content and assessments as needed for program or client objectives.
• Contribute to analysis of student feedback and program improvements.
• Adhere to departmental, college, and university policies.
