Responsibilities include handling matters for public and private clients, preparing cases for trial or arbitration, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and developing litigation plans with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar
• Minimum of three years of labor and employment experience.
• Public sector labor law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment matters for public and private clients.
• Prepare cases for trial or arbitration, including proceedings.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Support senior attorneys with legal memoranda and advice.
• Develop and execute litigation plans independently.
