Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, information security, and applications projects under STS Management. This full-time contract role requires 40 hours per week and onsite work for the first twelve months.

The candidate will join a team of experts and coordinate across project teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while adhering to SCDOR methodologies and governance. Experience with PCI/NIST standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining core project collateral, training, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• 3+ years of project management experience with infrastructure, network, or applications projects.
• 3+ years of experience with full life cycle change management.
• 3+ years of experience with PCI, PUB1075, and/or NIST standards.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Project Manager for specific SCDOR projects and coordinates with STS Management on priorities and timelines.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.
• Follows SCDOR's Project Management Approach for the SDLC.
• Assists Agency management in IT planning for the SCDOR program.
• Clarifies expectations and defines requirements; directs work of team leaders, architects, consultants, analysts and technicians.
• Acts as primary contact for stakeholders and contractors to resolve issues and manage schedules.
• Coordinates post-implementation maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Estimates, tracks, and reports costs and hours; reports status to Management and Sponsor.
• Documents expected benefits and savings for enhancements beyond statutory mandates.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
