• Develop standard control mechanisms to manage IT software development products and updates including risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
• Manage staff objectives and IT project efforts for completion within time and budget requirements.
• Provide direction and control of activities including priorities, staff allocation, and supervision of first line managers.
