• Translate policies into system requirements and ensure system compliance with federal and state laws.
• Review design documents, define performance criteria and develop test scenarios for new features.
• Conduct system testing, assist with data conversion and support implementation of new components.
• Create marketing materials, user guides, procedure manuals, and webinars for partner agencies and system users.
• Provide help desk support, respond to user inquiries, and deliver training sessions to help users navigate systems.
