Responsibilities

• Recruit and select to fill county vacancies; coordinate processes with hiring departments.
• Post requisitions, screen applications, administer tests, review proposals, and coordinate offers.
• Process new hires and employment changes, maintain files, and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to department managers on HR policies and employment actions; conduct candidate counseling.
