The HR Partner assists with the directing of a diverse range of support for the administration and development and implementation of initiatives. HRP serves as a strategic partner to the college or business unit, working closely with leadership and employees to align human resources practices with organizational goals. HRP provides expert advice, guidance, and support in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to driving a high-performance culture while fostering a positive employee experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an area related to assignment *and* Two (2) years of full-time experience in a position directly related to the performance of the job - -Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
