Job summary

The City of Richland is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR division and oversee daily operations with a focus on service quality. A Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration and 5+ years HR experience (2+ in supervision) are required; a valid driver’s license is also required.

We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a retirement plan (PERS) with a salary range of $133,452.80 to $194,022.40 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of HR experience, including Two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the HR department and drive high service quality.
• Work under supervision of the HR Director and supervise assigned personnel.
