Job summary

FSH Technologies is seeking a versatile BizOps generalist to drive government growth, build internal tools, and own end-to-end processes. You will work closely with leaders to craft pipeline strategies, respond to RFPs, and develop scalable solutions.

You will pull data, run analyses, and communicate findings to guide decision-making, while thriving in ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities. New York City or Philadelphia offices empower collaborative, impact-driven work.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in a role with high output (e.g., consulting, banking, PE, founder/early employee)
• Pull data, write SQL, script repetitive tasks, and discuss code with an engineer
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven problem solving
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Own government growth engine end-to-end, including market research and pipeline development
• Write and assemble bid responses with capture team to improve efficiency
• Build internal tools and automations for a small team
• Own data analyses driving team decisions (pipeline, metrics, sizing, expansion)
• Tackle high-priority ambiguous projects with clear ownership
• Create repeatable processes so you can tackle the next problem
