Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in high-output roles (consulting, IB, PE, startup).
• Ability to pull data, write SQL, and script repetitive tasks.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Own our government growth engine end-to-end: market research, pipeline development, and bid responses.
• Write and assemble bid responses with the capture team, identifying improvements.
• Build internal tools and automations for a small team with outsized reach.
• Own data and run analyses that drive team decision-making (pipeline, metrics, sizing).
• Tackle high-priority ambiguous projects with minimal prescription.
• Create processes that become self-running so you can tackle new problems.
