FSH Technologies is seeking a Head of Client Delivery to own how we deliver for clients and achieve outcomes at scale. You will hire and mentor Client Strategists, work with engineering and product teams to shape tooling, and manage relationships with government officials across the country.

You will lead multiple engagements with high ownership and urgency, reporting to executive leadership and building a culture of growth for Client Strategists. NYC or Philadelphia office-based role.

Formación

• 5+ years of client-facing experience delivering projects and managing stakeholders.
• Track record of systemizing processes from 0 to 1.
• Experience mentoring and growing talent.
• Strong communication skills, able to switch between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills for navigating local politics and large groups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Responsabilidades

• Source, hire, and mentor Client Strategists.
• Partner with Head of Client Engineering to define swim lanes.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Product to identify tooling to support work.
• Manage big picture relationships with government officials nationwide.
• Navigate internal teams to advocate for FSH and clients.
• Own pre-sales demo processes to demonstrate value to government clients.
• Standardize documentation and customer onboarding processes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing verticals and product categories.
• Operate in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and focus on what matters most.
• Present to clients at local events, conferences, and award ceremonies.
