• One year as County Fiscal Officer 1 or four years of accounting/budgetary experience with a business-related associate’s degree including six college credits in accounting or two years with a bachelor’s degree including six credits in accounting or an equivalent combination with six credits in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fiscal activities of the public child welfare agency at the county level.
• Review and monitor accounting operations and provider invoices; prepare reports for federal/state agencies and county management.
• Supervise and train staff; assist with the Needs-Based Plan and Budget; monitor contracts and expenditures.

Four years of accounting and/or budgetary experience and a business-related associate’s degree including six college credits in accounting
