Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of accounts payable and procurement experience.
• Experience with a financial management system such as Oracle is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Community Services Representative Payee Accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and procurement daily operations.
• Process local and overnight travel reimbursements, vendor invoices, and purchase orders.
• Monitor procurement card transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
