Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of accounts payable and procurement experience required.
• Experience with governmental procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Representative Payee Accounts and daily AP/ procurement tasks.
• Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders.
• Monitor procurement card transactions and travel reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and federal policies.
• Maintain records and perform reconciliations.
