• Manage Community Services Representative Payee Accounts and daily accounts payable and procurement activities.
• Process travel reimbursements, vendor invoices, and create purchase orders.
• Monitor procurement card transactions and ensure compliance with county and state policies.
• Maintain records, perform reconciliations, and monitor funds for department programs.
• Collaborate with Community Services staff to provide business support.
