Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and process purchase orders in accordance with policies and contracts.
• Monitor travel requests; arrange hotels, flights, rental cars, and shuttles.
• Review, analyze, and interpret financial records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile travel statements, prepare payment batches, and post data to accounts.
• Review and apply Chart of Accounts coding; prepare payment batches for travel-related payments.
• Analyze accounting data, identify discrepancies, and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze expenditure data for monthly financial reports.
• Prepare accruals, process warrant cancellations, and support year-end close activities.
• Maintain records for audit responses and corrective action plans.
• Provide backup support for travel and purchasing analysts and related duties.
