Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related field with at least 12 credits in Accounting/Finance.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with four years related experience including 12 credits in Accounting/Finance.
• High School Diploma with six years of related experience including 12 credits in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund analyses to determine balances in funds.
• Establish new funds and organizational structures per legislation and transmit to relevant offices.
• Set up Special Funds budgets and enter them in the ERP system.
• Prepare quarterly fund analyses for Legislature and Office of Management and Budget.
• Reconcile fund balances and prepare financial statements for audits.
