Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration with a specialty in accounting, finance or economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fiscal summary information for assigned areas, including funding sources and historical funding patterns.
• Research and analyze expenditure and revenue trends to inform forecasting and reports.
• Determine funding needs and initiate transactions including transfers, drawdowns, deposits, vouchers, expenditures and encumbrances.
• Identify impacts of proposed or pending federal/state legislation, policy changes, or funding modifications.
• Attend meetings to ensure knowledge of assigned program and coordinate with divisional personnel.
• Complete assigned daily and monthly functions.
