Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Four years of work experience equivalent to Budget Control Development Specialist.
• Experience with budgeting concepts and automated accounting systems.
• Ability to use Google and Microsoft Office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead budget development for Federal and Non-Federal funds.
• Analyze complex financial data to support budget decisions and allocations.
• Prepare and review budget reports, worksheets, and ledgers; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate and complete federal deliverables and reports with compliance.
• Support year-end closing for federal portions and supervise when needed.
