CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) Search is assisting Manitowoc County Human Services in identifying a Financial Manager to lead the department’s budgeting, financial planning, and Medicaid reimbursement efforts. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related field.
• Progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting or healthcare/government finance.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Public-sector experience and Medicaid/grants knowledge preferred.
• ERP, billing systems or related financial software familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades
