Qualifications

• Direct Public Sector-segment experience with program ownership.
• End-to-end ownership of field marketing events and programs.
• Proven ability to scale field or demand gen programs across environments.
• 0-to-1 builder DNA: created field marketing motions from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate the US Public Sector field marketing strategy end-to-end.
• Design event formats and run integrated demand programs within ethics guidelines.
• Plan the field calendar around government fiscal year and budget cycles.
• Own presence at anchor public sector events and sponsorships.
• Build co-marketing programs with distributors, resellers, and SI partners.
• Collaborate with Public Sector Sales and BDRs on targeting and follow-up.
• Create scalable playbooks and ROI dashboards for field programs.
• Be the face of Anthropic in the Public Sector ecosystem.
