Job summary

RELI Group in Springfield, VA is seeking a Field Coordinator Program Specialist to provide project coordination, data management, reporting, and analytical support for Federal programs across TSA field locations and Corporate Headquarters.

You will track equipment readiness, engagement, training and certifications, prepare briefings and executive materials, and help manage action items, suspense dates, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program coordination or similar.
• Experience supporting Federal programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across TSA field locations and HQ.
• Track equipment readiness, engagement, exercise participation, and training.
• Maintain action items, deadlines, and suspense dates.
• Support documentation management and version control.
• Prepare briefings, reports, trackers, and executive materials.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and issues.
