RELI Group is seeking a Project Analyst to provide project coordination, data management, reporting, and analytical support for Federal TSA programs across multiple field locations and Corporate HQ. The role emphasizes tracking equipment readiness, training, partner engagements, and executive-level reporting while working with diverse stakeholders in a Government headquarters setting. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience performing project coordination and data reporting in a federal or government HQ environment.
Experience supporting Federal programs and working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop executive-level briefings and trackers.
Responsibilities
Support multiple TSA field locations in coordinating activities between field locations and Corporate HQ.
Track equipment readiness, engagement data, exercise participation and outcomes, and training/certification status.
Maintain action items, suspense dates, and document repositories with version control.
Develop reports, trackers, and executive-level materials by collecting, consolidating, and analysing data to identify trends and risks.
Prepare briefings and dashboards for government reviews and program reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate data across weekly, monthly, and annual requirements.
