The Field Coordinator Program Specialist provides project coordination, data management, reporting, and analytical support for Federal programs across multiple TSA field locations and Corporate Headquarters. This role supports the tracking and management of operational activities, equipment readiness, training and certifications, partner engagements, agreements, exercises, action items, and other program requirements. The Field Coordinator Program Specialist also supports recurring customer engagements and develops reports, briefings, trackers, and executive-level materials by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and issues. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting Federal programs, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a Government headquarters environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple TSA field locations in management of activities between field and Corporate HQ.
  • Tracking of equipment readiness information, engagement information, exercise participation and outcomes, partner engagement information, exercise participation and outcomes, local agreement status, training and certification status and other tracking requirements defined by government.
  • Maintain action and taskers along with suspense dates ensuring they are updated on a timely basis enabling TSA to take appropriate actions.
  • Support documentation management processes that include maintaining document repositories and version control.
  • Maintain Field Coordinator rosters, distribution lists, and contact lists.
  • Support recurring engagements including issue -area working groups, annual program reviews or other engagements identified by customers.
  • Support reporting from weekly, monthly, and annual requirements. This includes collection of data, consolidation, and development of reports for customer review.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and issues for Government review
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 5 years experience performing similar activities.
  • Experience supporting Federal programs.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing briefings, reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and executive-level materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work with sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a Government HQ environment.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality draft products for Government review and approval.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
