Plante Moran seeks a senior leader to drive ERP advisory and implementation oversight for government, utilities, K-12, and higher education clients in the Southeast region. You will lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and guide organizational change, post-production optimization, and IV&V initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in consulting or public sector ERP with experience across major platforms and strong executive communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of consulting, public sector, ERP, project management, technology transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and client relationships.
• Experience with ERP modernization initiatives including Oracle, Workday, Tyler Technologies, SAP or related platforms preferred.
• Position requires travel.

Mansioni

• Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide oversight for ERP assessments, software selections, implementation oversight, IV&V, project management, and post-production support.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders; support account growth.
• Assist with proposal development, presentations, and pursuit activities.
