Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Partner in the Data & Analytics domain to lead a public sector portfolio and advise C-suite leaders on data, analytics and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with Gartner Analysts and sales teams to maximize client value and drive growth.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in data/analytics, active US security clearance, and a strong track record in advisory and executive engagement across Federal or public sector clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance Required.
• Executive-level experience as CDO/CAO/Chief AI Officer or VP/SVP roles in Data & Analytics.
• Experience with Federal Government, DoD, Intelligence Community or other Public Sector.
• Ability to influence and advise senior executives on strategic decisions.
• Strong executive presence, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in advisory, consulting, customer-facing, or executive engagement roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 Public Sector client relationships.
• Serve as trusted advisor through one-on-one engagements, workshops, webinars, roundtables and Gartner events.
• Provide actionable guidance on Data & Analytics and AI initiatives.
• Help clients address strategic challenges and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Gartner Analysts, Sales, Client Success, and fellow Executive Partners.
• Support client retention and growth through prospecting and value demonstrations.
• Operate as an autonomous individual contributor managing portfolio and engagements.
