Job summary

Forerunner is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a full book of business from onboarding through renewal, ensuring measurable value and a durable partnership. You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to keep outcomes on track and promote growth across government and regulated industries.

You will partner with Deployment to hand off at go-live, drive adoption through communications and onboarding, and configure customer environments as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or client services.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing success of a full book of business from onboarding through renewal.
• Drive customer health, retention, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and partner with Sales to close them.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
