Overwatch CM in Anaheim, CA is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Cost Construction Estimator with 5 to 10 years of hands-on construction management experience across schools, hospitals, and federal/public sector projects. This hybrid role reports to the Anaheim office 2–3 days per week, with opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Civil Eng., Architecture or closely related)
• 5–10 years of professional construction estimating experience
• Experience with cost consulting firms, CM firms, or GC
• Public sector projects experience preferred: schools, healthcare, federal government
• Certifications such as CPE or CCP preferred
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu or similar tools

Mansioni

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budget models for public building projects nationwide.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks early in design and planning phases (Value Engineering & Risk Management)
