Hodges is seeking a sharp Cost Construction Estimator for a hybrid role based in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on construction estimating experience across schools, hospitals, and federal/public sector projects.

You will produce accurate cost estimates from pre-construction through completion and report to our Anaheim office 2–3 days per week. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive estimates, quantity takeoffs, budget models, and participating in value

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (Required)
• 5-10 years of professional construction estimating experience (Required)
• Proven track record in schools, healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (Preferred)
• Certifications (Preferred): CPE, CCP
• Software proficiency with Bluebeam Revu or similar tools
