Master Planning Management, Pomona, CA, seeks a Sr. Construction Estimator to lead the development of detailed cost estimates for major and multi-year projects, and to oversee the cost control process.

The role requires 10+ years in cost estimating for capital projects, strong MS Office and cost estimating software experience, and a 4-year degree (or equivalent). Hybrid remote work in Pomona, CA is available.

Qualifications

• Required: ten or more years’ experience in cost estimating and capital projects/construction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and Project Controls and Cost Estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for major and multi-year projects.
• Lead review process to ensure estimates meet project requirements (WBS, cost elements).
• Provide consultation on cost estimating methods and data analysis.
