Qualifications

• Must have a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage data
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication; provide clear status updates
• Experience working with Public Sector customers or stakeholders
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle processes and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming requests from customers and Sales to determine immediate fixes vs escalation
• Manage pre- and post-contract execution activities to support timely deals
• Coordinate with Legal on approval workflows and compliance documentation
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and governance
• Build cross-functional relationships to scale contract processes across WWPS
