Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and issuing RFPs, ITBs, and RFQs for public service contracts.
• Review bids and proposals for compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors and legal counsel.
• Prepare and maintain accurate contract files and amendments; track changes.
• Monitor performance, timelines, deliverables, and expenditures for compliance.
• Generate reports and dashboards summarizing contract status for management.
• Provide administrative support for invoice processing and budget reconciliation.
