Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in public or business administration, finance, supply chain management, or closely-related field; 1 year of contract-related experience.
• Relevant education/experience may be substituted.
• One year with Pima County in related role as determined by department head.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and issuance of RFPs, ITBs, and RFQs for public service contracts.
• Review and evaluate bids, proposals, and quotes for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and define contract terms.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and revisions with vendors and legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contract files and correspondence.
