Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a government contracting specialist to manage post-award governance, ensuring contracts stay current, compliant, and paid after signature. You’ll drive automated workflows for registrations, reporting, and invoicing across multiple public sector portals.

The role requires coordinating with legal, finance, support, and security to maintain compliance and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing post-audit tasks for U.S. government contracts.
• Working knowledge of federal procurement and vendor-management systems (SAM.gov, DSBS, ORBIT).
• Familiarity with FAR provisions related to subcontracting plans, invoicing, and contract reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, finance, support, and security teams to manage automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Credential and Portal Stewardship: Maintain active registrations in sovereign infrastructure systems globally.
• Data Parity Auditing: Direct automated audit workflows over data layers to reconcile invoicing and tax records.
• Contract Deliverable Management (CDRLs): Extract requirements and schedule automated reporting.
• Customer Performance Awareness: Partner with Customer Support to monitor contract obligations and escalations.
• Contract Performance Reporting: Oversee CPARS cycles and reporting to protect past-performance.
