Cloudflare is hiring a Global PubSec Transaction Attorney to support public sector commercial transactions across the U.S. federal market, state and local government, and select APAC/EMEA opportunities.

The attorney will partner with Sales, Public Sector, Finance, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, and Product teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex government deals. This hands-on role requires experience in cloud or technology transactions, strict deadline management, and the ability to

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
5+ years of legal experience, with substantial public sector transaction work.
Strong experience negotiating U.S. federal and/or state and local government contracts.

Responsibilities

Advise on and negotiate public sector commercial agreements across federal, state, local, and quasi-government contracts.
Draft and negotiate MSAs, order forms, DPAs, security exhibits, and related documents.
Identify and resolve legal, privacy, data protection, and compliance issues in a practical, business-oriented way.
Collaborate with Sales, Public Sector, Finance, Deal Desk, Security, and Product teams.
