Job summary

The City of Fort Worth Contract Mowing Section is seeking a Contract Compliance Technician to support contractor oversight, inspections, and service documentation. The role operates within the Park & Recreation Department, requiring strong data tracking and customer-facing communication.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in related compliance or field work, and a valid driver’s license. On-site, 40-hour weeks with occasional on-call work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of contract/compliance or field environmental experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred familiarity with park/recreation operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support contract mowing with compliance, inspections, invoicing and customer service.
• Monitor contractor compliance with specifications and service requirements.
• Investigate resident complaints and service requests; document findings.
• Maintain site maps, property data, and mowing inventories.
• Conduct site inspections (physical/virtual) to verify quality.
• Use Office apps, CSR CRM, and mapping tools to document work.
• Review and close service requests; assist with work-order management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
