Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm hiring a Content Strategist in the Corporate Marketing & Communications Department. You will plan and execute social media strategies, develop content, and measure impact to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

The role collaborates with product teams and leadership, while supporting crisis communications and external partnerships as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in professional communications with content strategy and development.
• 1–2 years in a professional social media role.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and strategic content planning.
• Ability to translate brand storytelling into channel-specific content.
• Collaborative work across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience writing website/blog content.
• Proactive, takes initiative and ownership.
• Strategic thinking to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to perform topical content research.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience or interest in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies and campaigns for brand storytelling.
• Administer corporate social media accounts and calendars.
• Plan, create, and publish content aligned with business objectives.
• Implement best practices and adapt to trends.
• Track performance and sentiment; adapt approaches using analytics.
• Collaborate with department staff, leadership, and product teams.
• Support crisis communications and thought leadership when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
